• Complete all fields marked with an asterisk sign (*) accurately.

If you are an existing Luxury Club member, you can log in into your account, click on "Luxury Club" in order to map your points; this requires your Luxury Club card number and registered mobile number. Points will be credited to your account only for purchases made after the Luxury Club card number has been updated in your profile.

This can also be done later by logging into your account, going to "My Profile," "Edit Account," and updating the Luxury Club field with your Luxury Club card number and registered mobile number. Points will be credited to your account only for purchases made after the Luxury Club card number has been updated in your profile.

I am a Luxury Club member and I have made a purchase. When will the reward points be added to my account?
The reward points will be added within 24 hours from the time the order has been processed by our team.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Luxury Club points can be redeemed online, fully or partially.

• Please enter your desired amount.
• Please ensure, you have 150 or more points available to proceed with redemption.
• Congratulations! Your Luxury Club voucher is ready.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
Our return/exchange/refund policy is valid for fourteen (14) days of receipt of shipment and Product must be good and is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all complete elements, without any scratches, along with original receipt.

Once your request for return/exchange is verified and confirmed by our team, a representative of our customer service team will get in touch with you and provide you with the necessary steps for returning the product(s).

How will I be refunded and how long does it take?
For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount on the same mode of payment used to make the purchase (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) in full plus the cost of return:
• If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
• If your reason of return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in deliver etc.
In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.
For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order prior to dispatch.
Refund Procedure. We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment as follows:
• If you paid by credit/debit card, you will have a refund on the same credit/debit card used.
• If paid by voucher, it will be refunded as Luxury Club points
Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
• If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center, or
• If you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

How can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been dispatched or not. If you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

PAYMENT
What are my payment options to place an order?
We accept payments via debit/credit cards (Master Card and Visa). Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged additional fees.
You may also complete your transaction by utilizing your Loyalty Points (if you are a registered Luxury Club member).

Is Paris Gallery Online website trusted for online payments?
We use industry-leading encryption standards which encrypts customer data, making it safe and secure for our customers to make online payments. We do not retain credit/debit card information. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

I tried placing an order using my debit/credit card but my card was rejected. What now?
Make sure all the fields were entered correctly; card number, name on card, CVV code and expiry date. Also, make sure that there are sufficient funds in your debit/credit card account. For further assistance, please contact your bank.

I cannot find the product I want. What should I do?

I received a different product than the one I ordered. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately by filling our form, by calling us toll free on 800-744 (UAE) or through Facebook or Twitter. If your request conforms to the order placed, then we will schedule a pick-up of the item and replace it at the soonest.


DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver free of charge to most locations in the United Arab Emirates. The list of locations outside the delivery zone can be found here.

Note: For deliveries not listed in the above link, courier service will advise on the charges.

Will I be charged a delivery fee when I place my order?
Paris Gallery offers free delivery service to most of the locations in UAE.

When will I receive my order?
Normally you should receive your order within for (4) working days from the date of order if accurate contact and address details were provided. However, for every order/delivery the standard terms and conditions of our dedicated courier company shall apply, including the delivery days, i.e. from Sunday to Thursday, not including public holidays. You will be contacted by our dedicated courier company to schedule the delivery of your order.

Can I purchase my item online and collect it in store?
Currently, we do not offer in-store collections.

How can I track my order?
After your order is placed and ready to be shipped, you will be contacted by our dedicated courier company to schedule the delivery. You will then be provided with your shipping tracking order that you can use by inputting the tracking number directly on the courier company website or through their shipment tracking mobile application that is designed to keep you updated.

Why is my order delayed?
For delivery or any delays the standard delivery terms and conditions and procedure of our dedicated courier company apply. What if I received my order damaged?

Can I place an order outside the UAE?
Currently, Paris Gallery delivers to addresses only within the United Arab Emirates.
